As a young adult, Felipe came to USA with a dream.

He always loved to cook, so he started to work at a small restaurant, in the heart of Mission St. in San Francisco . He worked his way up, from a dishwasher to a chef, learning, and perfecting the recipes.

His goal was to one day, open his own taqueria, but it wasn't until he met his future wife, when his dream came true. 
Working hard together, they put all their heart and savings into "Adelita's Taqueria". They finally opened Adelita's to all of us, on August 29, 1998.

Since then, Patricia and Felipe are always on top of all sauces, dishes, and meat quality. They make sure everything is at its best for everyone to enjoy.

They have been asked to franchise their business, but their goal is to keep QUALITY before PRODUCTION.
